RESOLUTION ORDERING CHANGES IN
WORK
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO.236 SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Aha, California, while conducting the protest hearing under its
Resolution of Intention 69-174, that the following changes are
hereby ordered in the proposed work and the city contribution
to the cost thereof in this assessment district:
1. Add to said work the construction and installation
of telephone conduit in Fourth Street, Broadway, Main and
Spurgeon Streets, as follows:
(a) from the location of the proposed kiosks at
the Northwest corner of the intersection of Fourth Street and
Broadway, and at the Southeast corner of the intersection of
Fourth and Main Streets to the existing telephone services at
the rear of the existing buildings immediately adjacent thereto;
(b) from the location of the proposed kiosk at
the Northwest corner of Fourth and Spurgeon Streets to the exist-
ing telephone services in the intersection of Fourth and Spurgeon
Streets.
2. The City of Santa Arm shall contribute to the cost
of said work and improvement, including the incidental costs there-
of, the difference between the actual cost thereof and $340,500.00.
