APPROVING PARTICIPATION BY LOCAL HOUSING
OWNERS IN THE FEDERAL RENT SUPPLEMENT
PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Santa Ana on February 16,
1970 adopted RESOLUTION 70-9 APPROVING PARTICIPATION BY
LOCAL HOUSING OWNERS IN THE FEDERAL RENT SUPPLEMENT
PROGRAM; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Santa Ana on March 16,
1970 acted to rescind said Resolution 70-9;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That Resolution 70-9 is
hereby rescinded.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana,
California, at its regular meeting held on the 6th day of April, 1970.
