NO. 231 FILED BY WARD & HARRINGTON LUMBER COMPANY
BE IT RESOLVED: That, based upon the Finding of Facts of
the Planning Commission, the city Council of the City of Santa Aha
hereby affirms the decision of the Planning Commission, and Appeal
No. 231 on variance Application 70-4, filed by WARD & HARRINGTON
LUMBER CO., is hereby DENIED.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the city of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 20th day of April, 1970.
