OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING THE STORAGE OF MICROFILMED
RECORDS IN THE VAULT OWNED BY THE COUNTY OF ORANGE
AND LOCATED AT THE JOPLIN BOYS' RANCH
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City Council of the
City of Santa Aha to deposit negative copies of the microfilmed
records of the City of Santa Ana in the security of the storage
vault owned by the County of Orange and located at the Joplin
Boys' Ranch; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of the County of Orange
has authorized the County's Purchasing Agent to execute an
agreement with individual cities for the storage of said records
in said vault; and
WHEREAS, the Purchasing Agent of the County of Orange
has delivered to the City Manager of the City of Santa Ana
the appropriate agreement form for completion;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council
of the City of Santa Ana hereby accepts all the terms, conditions
and stipulations as contained in the said agreement form.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the City Manager, or the
designated assistant of such officer, is hereby authorized
to complete the agreement form as supplied by the Purchasing
Officer of the said County of Orange.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That
Resolution shall be forwarded to the
County of Orange for filing.
