FARMS, INC.
BE IT RESOLVED: That, based upon the Finding of Facts
of the Zoning Administrator, the city Council of the City of
Santa Ana hereby affirms the decision of the Zoning Administrator,
and Appeal No. 236 on Variance Application No. 70-24, filed by
ROCKWELL FARMS, INC., is hereby denied.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 6th day of July, 1970.
