By this Addendum there is added to Resolution 70-71 the
following:
BE IT RESOLVED tha~ a temporary easement is necessary to
be obtained in connection with the demolition of existing
improvements erected upon Parcel 4, as described in Resolution
70-61, to wit:
"PARCEL 4:
The Southerly 40 feet of Lot 4 and of Lot 5
in Block 1 of Crane's Subdivision of Blocks
1 and 2 of Salisbury's Addition to Santa Ana,
in the City of Santa Ana, as shown on a map
thereof recorded in Book 1, Page 50, of
Miscellaneous Record Maps, records of said
Orange County."
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the city of Santa Ana is hereby
ordered to condemn such a temporary easement in the action hereto-
fore authorized by Resolution 70-61.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the city of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 3rd day of August, 1970.

I, FLORENCE I. MALONE, do hereby certify that I am the Clerk
of the Council of the city of Santa Ana; that the foregoing
Resolution 70-71 Addendum was introduced to said Council at its
regular meeting held on the 3rd day of August, 1970, and was at
