RESOLUTION CONFIRMING ASSESSMENT
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 236
SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA
WHEREAS, the Superintendent of Streets of the City of
Santa Abm, State of California, did on the 29th day of October,
1970 file with the Clerk of the Council of the City of Santa Aha,
California an assessment to represent the cost and expense of the
work and improvement done and made by MOULDER BROS., contractor,
pursuant to proceedings had and taken by the City Council of. said
City o.f Santa Ana under and pursuant to Resolution.of Intentzon
No. 69 174 passed and adopted on November 17, 1969, and
WHEREAS, said Clerk, as appears from the affidavit on file
herein, has duly given notice by publication, posting and mailing
in the time, form and manner as provided by law, of the fil%ng of
said assessment and of the time set for hearing thereon, which
time was fixed in said notices as November 16, 1970 at 7:30 o'clock
P.M. in the chambers of said City Council in the City Hall Annex,
located in the City of Santa Ana, California; and
WHEREAS, said City Council has received evidence concern-
ing said assessment and the prope~ completion of the work and im-
provement for which the same was xssued; and
WHEREAS, all objections filed in writing by interested
parties to said work and improvement~ or to the correctness of the
assessment, the assessment diagram flled therewith, or to any other
act, determination or proceeding of the Superintendent of Streets
have been disposed of without modification of said assessment;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Santa Aha, State of California, in regular session
asse~led, that the said assessment and assessment diagram, and
warrant attached to said assessment, the proceedings leading up to
the same, and all acts and determinations of all officers of said
City of Santa Arm in relation thereto be, and the same hereby are
ratified and confirmed; the Mayor of said city, and the Superinten-
dent of Streets of said city are hereby authorized and directed to
sign and countersign, respectively, the warrant attached to said
assessment, and the Superintendent of Streets is hereby ordered
to deliver said warrant, assessment and diagram to MOULDER BROS.
upon the payment of all incidental expenses due thereon.
ADOPTED the 16th day of November, 1970.
