ZONING ADMINISTRATOR AND DENYING MINOR EXCEPTION
70-13 FILED BY KENNETH L. AND FRETA M. EDWARDS
BE IT RESOLVED: That, based upon the Finding of Facts of
the Zoning Administrator, the City Council of the City of Santa Ana
does hereby uphold the decision of the Zoning Administrator, and
Appeal Number 252 on Minor Exception 70-13, filed by KENNETH L. and
FRETA M. EDWARDS, is hereby denied.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 18th day of January, 1971.
