ZONING ADMINISTRATOR AND GRANTING CONDITIONAL
USE PERMIT 70-14 FILED BY ESTON A.ROSE
WIqEREAS, after public hearing on notice, the Zoning
Administrator denied Conditional Use Permit 70-14, filed by
ESTON A. ROSE to construct a horse stable at 4626 West Fifth
Street, Santa Ana, California; and
W~EREAS, Appeal Application 255 was duly filed by the
applicant, appealing the decision of the Zoning Administrator
and presenting the matter to the City Council; and
W}IEREAS, the City Council, after public hearing, on
notice, has determined that the decision of the Zoning Administrator
should be overruled and that said Conditional Use Permit should
be granted subject to certain applicable conditions;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the said Conditional
Use Permit is hereby conditionally granted for a period of time
not to exceed six (6) months from the date of the adoption of
this Resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the 19th day of April, 1971.
