BE IT RESOLVED: That, based upon the Finding of Facts
of the Planning Commission, the City Council of the City of
Santa Aha does hereby affirm the decision of the Planning
Commission and Appeal Number 273 on Conditional Use Permit
71-14 is hereby DENIED.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Santa Aha at its regular meeting held on the 6th day of July,
1971.
