HomeMy WebLinkAbout71-069RESOLUTION 71-69 UPHOLDING THE DECISION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION AND DENYING THE APPEAL ON VARIANCE APPLICATION 71-32 FILED BY TRANS-COLUMBIA INVESTMENTS BE IT RESOLVED: That, based upon the Finding of Facts of the Planning Commission, the City Council of the City of Santa Ana does hereby uphold the decision of the Planning Commission, and Appeal No. 276 on Variance Application 71-32, filed by Trans-Columbia Investments, is hereby denied. PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the 2nd day of August, 1971.
