BY THE SANTA ANA SCHOOL DISTRICT CONTESTING
THE PLANNING COMMISSION APPROVAL VARIANCE
APPLICATION 71-21 FILED BY DERBY LAND COMPANY
BE IT RESOLVED: That, based upon the Findings of Fact
of the Planning Commission and testimony presented before the
City Council, the City Council of the City of Santa Ana hereby
reverses the decision of the Planning Commission, and Appeal
No. 275 on Variance Application No. 71-21 filed by Santa Ana
Unified School District is hereby GRANTED.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the 2nd day of August,
1971.
