RESOLUTION ADOPTING SCALE 0P PREVAILING WAGE RATES
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 225
S;~NTA A~NA, CALIFORNIA
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana, California, in regular session assembled, that the general
prevailing rate of per diem wages for each type or craft of
workman needed to execute or perform the necessary work or improve-
ment for the improvement of certain s~ts described in Resolution
of Intention No. 71-83 adopted September 7, 1971, shall be
as set forth and contained in the schedule thereof in Resolution
No. 70-79 of the City Council adopted September 8, 1970 on file
in the office of the Clerk of the Council of said City of Santa Ana,
California.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that reference to said schedule
shall be made in.the notice inviting sealed bids and all contract
documents in connection with said work and improvement.
ADOPTED the 7th day of September, 1971.

Clerk of the Council of the City of Santa Ana, State of California;
that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced to said
Council at its regular meeting held on the 7th day of September,
1971, and was at said meeting regularly passed and adopted by the
