RESOLUTION CALLING FOR BIDS
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 225
SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana, California, in regular session assembled, that the time hereby
fixed for receiving sealed proposals or bids for the doing of the
work and making the improvements described in Resolution of
Intention No. 71-83 adopted September 7, 1971, is the 18th'
day of October, 1971 at the hour of 2:00 o'clock P.M. Said
sealed proposals or bids shall be delivered to and opened, examined
and declared by the Pumchasing Agent of said City of Santa Ana,
California, at a public hearing called by said Purchasing Agent in
his office in the City Hall, Santa Ana, California, at 2:00 o'clock
P.M. on Monday, the 18th day of October, 1971. Said Purchasing
Agent shall report the results of sa~d bidding to said City Council
at its regular meetingofNov~_fnber 1~ 1971. The Clerk of the
Council of said City of Santa Ana is hereby ordered to give notice
inviting such sealed bids or proposals in the time, form and
manner required by law.

Clerk of the Council of the City of Santa Ana, State of California;
that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced to said
Council at its regular meeting held on the 7th day of September,
1971, and was at said meeting regularly passed and adopted by the
