BE IT RESOLVED: That, based upon the Findings of Fact of
the Planning Cor~nission, the City Council of the City of Santa
Aha does hereby uphold the decision of the Planning Commission,
and Appeal ~277 filed by Heath & Co., Inc. for the Bank of
California is hereby denied.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 20th day of September,
1971.
