RESOLUTION ORDERING WORK
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 225
SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Santa Ana,
State of California, did, on September 7, 1971, pass and adopt
its Resolution of Intention No. 71-83 that the streets and
rights of way named in said resolution of intention be improved
in the manner therein described; and
WHEREAS, said resolution of intention was duly and
legally mailed, posted and published in the time, form and manner
required by law, as shown by the affidavits of mailing, posting
and publication of said resolution of intention on file in the
office of the Clerk of the Council of said City of Santa Ana; and
WHEREAS, protests or objections, in writing or other-
wise, against the formation of said assessment district were made
and presented by the owners of 62.6% of the area of the property
to be assessed for said improvements up to the hour set for
hearing in and by said resolution of intention, but said City
Council has determined that the public interest, convenience,
and necessity requires said improvements, and has determined to
overrule said protests and objections:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Santa Ana, State of California, in regular session
assembled, that the public interest and convenience require the
improvements herein referred to, and said City Council hereby
orders that the work and improvements, as set forth and described
in said Resolution of Intention No. 71-83 and in the plans and
specifications therein referred to and adopted, be done and made
in the manner described in and provided by said resolutions and said
plans and specifications.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all objections, whether in
writing or oral, to the formation of said assessment district,
the proposed work, the grade to which said work is to be done or
the boundary of the district proposed to be assessed to pay the cost
and expenses of said work be a~d the same hereby are overruled and
denied.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the boundaries of the
assessment district and the grades to which said work and
improvements are to be constructed shall be those set forth and
described in said Resolution of Intention No. 71-83, in the plans
and specifications therein referred to, and in the plat or map of
said assessment district therein referred to, reference to all of
which is hereby made for all further particulars.

Clerk of the Council of the City of Santa Aha; that the foregoing
resolution was regularly introduced to said Council at its regular
meeting held on the 1st day of November, 1971, and was at said
meeting regularly passed and adopted by the following vote, to wit:
