PLANNING COMMISSION AND CONDITIONALLY GRANTING
VA 71-51 FILED BY CHADRON L. WILLIAMS
BE IT RESOLVED: That, the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana does hereby approve the decision of the Planning Commission
and does hereby grant Variance Application 71-51 filed by Chadron
L. Williams to allow parking in the required 15 foot front setback
in the P District located at 1041 W. First Street, Santa Ana, subject
to the following conditions:
That development be according to the approved plot
plan, except for minor modifications approved by
the Planning Department.
2. That all conditions of the Building and Fire
Departments be met.
3. Dedicate vehicular access rights.
4. Pay drainage assessment fee.
5. Pay street lighting deposit for future street lights.
The following requirements must also be met:
1. Dedications:
a. First Street: Vehicular access rights except at
the east 30 feet of the west 77 feet.
NOTE: Dedication shall be initiated by the owner through the
Department of Public Works.
NOTE:
The applicant should investigate standard fees for
drainage assessment, etc.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana
at its regular meeting held on the 6th day of December, 1971
