UPHOLDING THE .DECISION OF THE PLANNING
COMMISSION AND DENYING A CONDITIONAL USE
PERMIT ON APPLICATION 71-40 FILED BY

BE IT RESOLVED: That, based upon the Finding of
Facts of the Planning Commission, the City Council of the
City of Santa Ana does hereby affirm the decision of the
Planning Commission and Appeal Number 293 on Conditional
Use Permit 71-40 is hereby DENIED.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City
of Santa Aha at its adjourned regular meeting held on the
13th day of March, 1972.
