RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA
ANA GRANTING A PORTION OF APPEAL $297 AND APPROVING
VARIANCE APPLICATION 72-1 FILED BY HOLM, TAIT &
ASSOCIATES FOR STANDARD OIL COMPANY
BE IT RESOLVED: That, based upon the Findings of Fact of the
Planning Commission, the City Council of the City of Santa Ana does
hereby grant a portion of Appeal $297 on Variance Application 72-1
subject to the following conditions:
That development be according to the approved plot
plan, except for minor modifications approved by the
Planning Department.
2. That all conditions of the Building and Fire Depart-
ments be met.
3. That street lighting deposit for future street lights
be paid.
Variance shall permit only one pole sign and sign
shall not exceed 35 feet in height and 150 sq. ft.
in area.
5. Sign shall be non-rotating.
6. Ail signs on the property shall conform to the Sign
Code as to area and location.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the ~d day of April , 1972.
