U~HOLDING THE DECISION OF THE PLANNING
COMMISSION AND APPROVING VARIANCE APPLICATION
71-65 FILED BY ERICKSON PROPERTIES CORPORATION
BE IT RESOLVED: That, based upon the findings of
fact of the Planning Commission, the City Council of the
City of Santa Ana does hereby approve Variance Application
71-65 filed by Erickson Properties Corporation to allow a
pole sign 80 feet in height, subject to the following
conditions:
That development be according to the approved plot
plan and Findings of Fact except for minor
modifications approved by the Planning Department.
2. That all code provisions required to be complied
with by the Building and Fire Department be met.
3. Secure Building and Electrical Permit.
Construct and complete necessary streets improve-
ments in accordance with city standards.
a. sidewalk
b. tree wells
The Standard Station sign shall not exceed 150
square feet and the Lorenzo Restaurant sign
shall not exceed 250 square feet.
The following requirements must also be met:
Place full width sidewalk with tree wells and trees
on Edinger Avenue over the westerly 40 feet of this
property.
2. Sign shall be non-revolving and non-animated.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the 17th day of
April , 1972.
