A SPECIAL RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA COMMENDING THE
CITY OF PLACENTIA UPON ITS SELECTION TO
BE AN ALL-AMERICAN CITY
WHEREAS, it has come to the attention of this City
Council that the City of Placentia has been honored to be
selected as an All-American City;
That said city has earned this distinguished honor by
the efforts of the members of its community and its
community government;
NOW, THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of
Santa Ana acknowledges the efforts of the citizens of the
city of Placentia and commend them upon those efforts that
have culminated in the City of Placentia being honored
and designated an All-American City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the 17%h day of
A~ril , 1972.
