GRANTING THE APPEAL FILED BY WESTERN
UNION REALTY COMPANY CONTESTING THE
PLANNING COMMISSION APPROVAL OF
VARIANCE APPLICATION 72-18 FILED BY
PRUDENTIAL OVERALL SUPPLY
BE IT RESOLVED: That, based upon the Findings of
Fact of the Planning Commission and testimony presented
before the City Council, the City Council of the City of
Santa Aha hereby reverses the decision of the Planning
Commission, and Appeal No. 301 on Variance Application
No. 72-18 filed by Western Union Realty Company is
hereby granted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City
of Santa Aha at its regular meeting held on the 1st day
of May, 1972.
