UPHOLDING THE DECISION OF THE PLANNING
COMMISSION AND DENYING APPEAL 9300 ON
VARIANCE APPLICATION 72-9 FILED BY
SHANNON J. ELLER
BE IT RESOLVED: That, based upon the Findings of
Fact of the Planning Colmnission, the City Council of the
City of Santa Ana does hereby affirm the decision of the
Planning Commission, and Appeal #300 on Variance Application
72-9 filed by Shannon J. Eller to allow covered parking in
the R 2 B District to serve proposed apartments in the C 1
District at 817-1/2 South Main Street, is hereby DENIED.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Santa Aha at its regular meeting held on the 1st day of
May, 1972.
