UPHOLDING THE DECISION OF THE PLANNING
COMMISSION AND DENYING APPEAL 9299 ON
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 72-7 FILED BY
ARTHUR KENNETH BRIMLOW
BE IT RESOLVED: That, based upon the Findings of
Fact of the Planning Commission, the City Council of the
City of Santa Ana does hereby affirm the decision of the
Planning Commission, and Appeal #299 on Conditional Use
Permit 72-7 filed by Arthur Kenneth Brimlow to operate
a wrecking yard in the M2 District at 834 East Washington,
is hereby DENIED.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the 1st day of
May, 1972.
