RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF SANTA
ANA UPHOLDING THE DECISION OF THE PLAN-
NING COMMISSION AND GRANTING VARIANCE
APPLICATION 72-21 FILED BY ZACHARY T.
PEDICINI
BE IT RESOLVED: That, based upon the findings of
fact of the Planning Commission the City Council of the
City of Santa Ana does hereby grant VA 72-21 filed by
Zachary T. Pedicini to construct a pole sign in excess of
250 square feet in the C 4 District at 1208 E. McFadden
Avenue, Santa Ana, subject to the following conditions:
That development be according to the approved
plot plan, except for minor modifications
approved by the Planning Department.
The following requirements must also be met:
A. Sign shall not be blinking, flashing or ani-
mated in any manner and shall be non-rotating.
Sign shall not exceed 350 square feet in area
on either face (including existing Stater Bros.
sign).
C. Sign shall meet the approval of the Building
Department.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Santa Aha at its regular meeting held on the 15th day of
, 1972.
