ANA OVERRULING THE DECISION OF THE PLAN-
NING COMMISSION AND GRANTING APPEAL $305

VARIANCE APPLICATION 72-5 FILED BY
HARVEY BEAR
BE IT RESOLVED: That, based upon the Findings of Fact
of the Planning Commission and testimony presented before the
City Council, the City Council of the City of Santa Ana hereby
grants Appeal $305 filed by Jerry M. Patterson, and denies
Variance Application 72-5 filed by Harvey Bear.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the Srd day of
July , 1972.
