RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF SANTA
ANA HEARING AND RULING OF OBJECTIONS TO
WEED AND RUBBISH ABATEMENT REPORT OF
DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC WORKS, APPROVING
REPORT AND ORDERING A COPY THEREOF
FILED WITH THE TAX COLLECTOR
WHEREAS, said Director of Public Works has given notice
as required by law, in which notice the seventh day of August,
1972, at the hour of 7:30 p.m. was fixed as the time, and 530
North Ross Street as the place where any and all persons in-
terested in the said report might be heard; and
WHEREAS, at the time set, the Director of Public Works
having submitted the said report and all of said protests or
objections to said report having been heard.
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Santa Ana that all of said protests or objections to the said
report of the work done be, and the same are, hereby overruled
and the report affirmed and that the Director of Public Works
he, and he is, hereby directed to file a copy of said report
with the Tax Collector of Orange County.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 7th day of August ,
1972.
