ON ROSS STREET BETWEEN SANTA ANA BOULEVARD AND C/VIC
CENTER DRIVE WEST
WHEREAS~ Section 36-115 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code provides that
the City Council may establish crosswalks between intersections, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works finds that a crosswalk is needed
in the Civic Center across Ross Street to serve the public and recommends
its establishment.
NOW~ THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That a mid-block pedestrian crosswalk
across Ross Street~ between Santa Aha Boulevard and Civic Center Drive West~
in the City of Santa Aha, California, is hereby established, and the Director
of Public Works is hereby authorized to mark the location of the crosswalk by
the placement of appropriate lines upon the pavement of Ross Street from 362
feet to 392 feet south of the survey center line of Civic Center Drive West.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha at its
regular meeting held on the 18th day of December ; 1972.
