On motion of Counci~man Jerome, seconded by Markel an~ carried, the
claim of Helen Vail Moore, in the sum of ~150,0~0.00, for personal
injuries sustained resulting from the dangerous con¢~itlon of Falrview
Avenue an~ the lack of warning signals, was referre~ to the Insurance
Carrier and the Attorney.
On recommendation of the Business Men~s Assoclatien and on motion of
Councilman Jerome, seconded by Helnly and ca~.ried, the application of
