RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF SANTA
ANA AUTHORIZING CONDEMNATION OF P~EAL
PROPERTY FOR EXTENSION OF CIVIC CENTER
DRIVE.
BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of the City
of Santa Ana does hereby find and declare that the public
interest and necessity require that in order to extend
civic Center Drive in the area of the hereinbelow described
real property, said property should be condemned. Said
property is described as follows:
Lot 1 and the north 10 feet of lot 4 of
the Thomas addition to the town of Santa
Ana, in the City of Santa Ana, County of
Orange, State of California, as per map
recorded in Book 19, page 17 of the mis-
cellaneous records, in the office of the
County Recorder of Los Angeles County,
California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the
day of February , 1972.
