A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA UPHOLDING THE DECISION OF
THE ZONING ADMINISTRATOR TO DENY APPEAL NO.
317 ON MINOR EXCEPTION 73-4 FILED BY THE
WEIGHT WATCHERS INC.
BE IT RESOLVED: That, based upon the findings of
fact of the Zoning Administrator and testimony presented
before the City Council at its public hearing on March 12,
1973, the City Council of the City of Santa Ana hereby
denies Appeal No. 317 appealing the Zoning Administrator's
denial of Minor Exception 73-4, to waive the required block
wall adjacent to a residential zone at 2130 East Fourth
Street in the LP and P District.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of
Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the
day of April , 1973.
