A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SANTA 3%NA APPROVING A FIRST AMENDMENT TO
THE DEFERRED CO/~PENSATION PLAN ADOPTED MARCH
12, 1973, BY RESOLUTION NO. 73-21.
BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana Deferred Com-
pensation plan adopted March 12, 1973, is hereby amended as
set forth in the First Amendment to the Deferred Compensation
Plan as presented herewith.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the 16th
day of April , 1973.
