A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA UPHOLDING THE DECISION
OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION AND DENYING
APPEAL NO. 319 ON VARIANCE APPLICATION
73-13
BE IT RESOLVED: That, based upon the Finding of
Fact of the Planning Commission, the City Council of the
City of Santa Ana does hereby affirm the decision of the
Planning Commission and Appeal No. 319 on Variance Appli-
cation 73-13 is hereby DENIED.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the city Council of the City
of Santa Aha at its regular meeting held on the 7th day
of May, 1973.
