HomeMy WebLinkAbout73-052RESOLUTION 73-52 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA ADOPTING A SPECIFIC PLANNED USE FOR THE DISPOSITION OF REVENUE SHARING FUNDS FOR ENTITLESiENT PERIOD #3. WHEREAS, the City of Santa Ana expects to receive Federal funds pursuant to the State and Local Assistance Fiscal Act of 1972; and WHEREAS, pursuant to this act entitlement periods have been designated; and WHEREAS, entitlement period #3 runs from January 1, 1973, through June 30, 1973. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana that the expenditure of the said Revenue Sharing Funds received and to be received for entitlement pe- riod #3 be expended in the manner as set forth in the Planned Use Report attached hereto. PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the 21st day of ~a¥ , 1973.
