A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA DESIGNATING PROPOSED
USE OF COUNTY REVENUE SHARING FUNDS FOR
THE 4TH ENTITLEMENT PERIOD RUNNING FROM
JULY 1, 1973, THROUGH JUNE 30, 1974.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the State and Local Assistance
Fiscal Act of 1972 various entitlement periods have been
designated; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to said act the counties are en-
titled to certain funds under it.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Santa Ana that the proposed use of County
Revenue Sharing Funds for the 4th entitlement period--July
1, 1973, through June 30, 1974--as set forth in the attached
Exhibit is hereby adopted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City
of Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the 21st
day of May , 1973.
