A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA CORRECTING RESOLUTION 73-31
RELATING TO APPEAL ~ 316 ON VARIANCE APPLICA-
TION NO. 73-3 FILED BY RAY MADRID
WHEREAS, on April 2, 1973, the City Council adopted
Resolution 73-31 granting Appeal No. 316 on Variance
Application 73-3 subject to applicable conditions; and
WHEREAS, it was determined that there was an error
on page 2, Section 23(a) in that the action of the Council
provided for the construction of a 16-unit apartment complex,
however, condition a (a carry-over from Findings of Fact
of the Planning Commission) limits the n~mber of units to
10 and requests submittal of a revised plot plan;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That conditio~ (a)
of Section 23 shall read as follows:
23.
Submit a revised plot plan to the Planning Department
indicating revisions as required by the following
conditions:
(a)
Number of units be limited to 16 units on the
entire property 1.06 acres, including the
single family unit that is to remain.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City
of Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the Zlst
day of May , 1973.
