A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA TO PROVIDE ANNUAL RE-
QUALIFICATIONS FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE
ARTERIAL HIGHWAY FINANCING PROGRAM
WHEREAS, Articles 2 and 3 of Chapter 9, Division 2 of the
Streets and Highways Code of the State of California authorize
a County to expend funds apportioned to it out of the California
Highway Users' Tax Fund for aid to any city for the improvement,
construction, or repair of streets within such city; and
WHEREAS, the procedure manual for the Arterial Highway
Financing program requires annual requalification of partici-
pating cities in the program by informing the Advisory Committee
of any changes in its Arterial Highway Master Plan;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Advisory Committee
of the Arterial Highway Financing Program be informed of the
fact that there have been no changes to the Arterial Highway
Master Plan within the City of Santa Ana since Resolution 71-60
was adopted and submitted to the Advisory Committee for inclu-
sion in the program.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City
of Santa Ana at its adjourned regular meeting held on the
Z5 day of 3une , 1973.
