A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA COMMENDING
GUY RIGAULBAU
WHEREAS,
GUY RIGAULEAU is an honorable citizen of France, a
member of Lions International and an active supporter
of the Youth Exchange Program between France and
America; and
WHEREAS,
GUY RIGAULEAU has served his native country heroically
in its armed services both on active duty and as a
prisoner of war; and
WHEREAS,
as a teacher and counsellor of youth, GUY RI~AULBAU
has provided guidance, knowledge and assurance to
their endeavors and pursuits; and
WHEREAS, GUY RIGAULEAU has unselfishly devoted his life to
serving his fellow man; and
WHEREAS, he is now visiting the United States;
NOW,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City
of Santa Ana with and for the citizens of Santa Aha
does hereby commend GUY RI6AULEAU for kis various
efforts as a humanitarian, an outstanding repzesenta~
tive of France, and above all his interest in the
Youth of the World; and
THE CITY OF SANTA ANA hereby extends to ~U¥ Rr~AULEAU
its sincere wishes for a continued long and healthy
future to be filled with as many 51esstngs as have
been his in the past.
