CENTRAL TRANSPORTATION TERMINAL AND FACILITY

WHEREAS, Dr. Pete Fielding, General Manager of OCTD, on May
21, 1973 stated to the Santa Ana City Council that Santa Ana was
the center of Orange County and in need of such a facility, and
that the best way for this to be accomplished would be for
Council to adopt a resolution and forward it to OCTD for their
serious study and consideration; and
WHEREAS, the Santa Aha City Center Association, by letter
dated June 18, 1973 addressed to the Community Redevelopment Agency,

Santa Ana requests the Orange County Transit District undertake
a study to determine the need for a central transportation termin-
