WHEreAS, said Director of Public Works has given notice as
required by law, in which notice the sixth day of August, 1973, at the
hour of 7:30 P.M. was fixed as the time, and 22 Civic Center Plaza as
the place where any and all persons interested in the said report might
WHEREAS, at the time set, the Director of Public Works having
su~x~itted the said report and all of said protests or objections to said
report having been heard,
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana that having heard and ruled upon ail of said protests or objections
to the said report of the work done and the report affirmed and that the
Director of Public Works be, and he is, hereby directed to file a copy of
said report with the Tax Collector of Orange County.
