receipt of petition protesting the iss~.e of an on-sale license to Joseph Nichols,

architectural services, working drawings, etc., on the Corporation Yard to be
located on Delhi Road.

HeAnly and carried, the request of Stan~-~d Oil Company for four B5 foot driveways
at service station located at the southwest corner of Fairview Avenue and Bristol
Street, was granted.

On motion of Oouuc11ma- ~izk~y, Seconded by Dab1 and carried, the Manager and Chief
of Police were instructed to submit a report at the next meeting in regard to an
Ordinance regulating street l~rking during the hours of 2:00 A.M. amd 6:00 A.M.
based on the regulations as provided for in an OrdJnono. e of the City of Monterey
Park.
On motion of Councilm-- l~hl~ Seconded by Jer~.~ and carried, the matter of the per
lot charge on new subdivisions and propoSed annexations was referred to the Council
as a whole for study.
