A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING CONDEMNATION
OF REAL PROPERTY FOR EXTENDING CIVIC CENTER
DRIVE
BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of the City of
Santa Ana does hereby find and declare that the public in-
terest and necessity require that in order to extend Civic
Center Drive, the hereinbelow described real property be
condemned.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That work is to begin imme-
diately, and it is necessary for the City of Santa Ana to
have possession of the hereinbelow described property as
soon as possible.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That such acquisition is done
in a manner consistent with the greatest public good and
the least private injury.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the attached map be
entered as Exhibit A and be used as an illustration of the
hereinbelow described property:
Ail of Lot 1, Lot 10, and the Southerly 10.00 feet
of Lot 2 in Block D of the Price and Stella Fruit
Addition to Santa Ana, in the City of Santa Ana,
County of Orange, State of California, as shown
on a map thereof recorded in Book 28, Page 5 of
Miscellaneous Records in the office of the County
Recorder of Los Angeles County, California, together
with that portion of Lot 9 in said Block D lying
Southeasterly of the following described line:
Beginning at the intersection of the center line
of Bush Street with a line parallel with and
distant 50.00 feet Northerly, measured at right
angles, from the center line of Seventh Street
as said Streets are shown on said Price and Stella
Fruit addition to Santa Ana; thence along said
parallel line South 89° 48' 33" East a distance of
169.83 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve
concave Northerly having a radius of 385.00 feet;
thence Northeasterly along the arc of said through
a central angle of 13° 40' 33" an arc distance
of 91.89 feet to a point of compound curvature
with a tangent curve concave Northwesterly having
a radius of 25.00 feet; thence Northeasterly along
the arc of said curve through a central angle of
76° 13' 18" an arc distance of 33.26 feet to a
tangent line being the East line of said Block D.
