A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SANTA ANA ADOPTING CERTAIN FEES FOR SERVICES
RENDERED IN CONNECTION WITH PLANNING AND ZONING
MATTERS
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. NS-l186 charges the City Council
with the responsibility for adopting a schedule of fees to
be charged to applicants and appellants in connection with
Planning and Zoning matters,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the following fees
for the Planning and Zoning services described shall apply
effective on the 6th day of November 1973:
SERVICE ITEM CHARGE
Change of zone or district.
Conditional use permit.
Variance.
Minor exception
Flat filing fee. $150.00
Appeal fee. 25.00
Application fee. 150.00
Appeal fee. 25.00
Plus each dwelling
unit. 5.00
Filing fee. 150.00
Appeal fee. 25.00
Filing fee. 25.00
Appeal fee. 15.00
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the foregoing schedule
of Planning and Zoning fees is in addition to any and all
Planning and Zoning fees or fees for other miscellaneous
sales and services as provided in Resolution 73-44 adopted on
May 21, 1973.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City
of Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the 5
day of November , 1973.
