A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SANTA ANA ORDERING THE VACATION OF THE
ALLEY LOCATED NORTH OF FRUIT STREET BETWEEN
FRUIT STREET AND SANTA ANA BOULEVARD APPROXI-
MATELY 125 FEET WEST OF LINCOLN AVENUE
WHEREAS, on recommendation of the Depar of Public
Works and the Planning Commission of the Ci of Santa Ana,
the City Council of the City of Santa Ana Resolution
No. 73-146, giving notice of intention the alley
located north of Fruit Street between Street and Santa
Ana Boulevard approximately 125 feet of Lincoln Avenue;
and
WHEREAS, Resolution no. 73-14 was published and notice
of intention to vacate was required by law; and
WHEREAS, on January 7, 19~
held on said vacation;
a public hearing was duly
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT : That the City Council
of the City of Santa Ana finds that the above named
alley is no longer neces~ for present or prospective street
purposes, and does make its order to vacate said right
of way. Said right lies in the City of Santa Ana,
County of Orange, of California described as follows:
