A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SANTA ANA APPROVING AND PROVIDING FOR THE
EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT FOR GRANT TO ACQUIRE
AND/OR DEVELOP LAND FOR OPEN-SPACE PURPOSE
NO. CALIF. OSC-425 BY AND BETWEEN THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA AND THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha as
follows:
Section 1. The pending proposed Contract for Grant to Acquire
And/Or Develop Land For Open-Space Purpose No. CALIF. OSC-425
is hereby in all respects approved.
Section 2. The City Manager of the City of Santa Ana is hereby
authorized and directed to execute Contract No. CALIF. OSC-425 in
two (2) counterparts on behalf of the City of Santa Ana and the City
Manager is hereby authorized and directed to impress and attest the
official seal of the Public Body on each such counterpart and to forward
such counterparts to the Department of Housing and Urban Development,
for execution on behalf of the Government together with such other docu-
ments relative to the approval and execution of such counterparts as may
be requested by the Government.
Section 3., This Resolution shall take effect immediately.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana
at its regular meeting held on the 21st day of January, 1974.
