A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY'
OF SANTA ANA APPROVING AN APPROPRIATION TRANSFER
FROM THE CITY COUNCIL CONTINGENCY FUND TO
VARIOUS FUNDS OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY AND APPROVING A TRANSFER BETWEEN COM-
MUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY FUNDS
WHEREAS, the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City
of Santa Ana, pursuant to Co,unity Redevelopment Agency Reso-
lution No. 74-2, adopted a revised budget increasing appro-
priations for Fund 109, Activity 134, Objects 191, 211, 211,
291, 311, 500, and 651; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to an agreement between the Community
Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana, and the City of
Santa Ana, the City Council is empowered to designate budgetary
appropriations to the Community Redevelopment Agency, which
budgetary appropriations are considered as a loan from the City
of Santa Aha to the Community Redevelopment Agency to be repaid
by th~: Community Redevelopment Agency at such time as the Com-
munity Redevelopment Agency is able to repay said loan or loans,
with interest at seven percent (7%) per annum.
NOW, T}iEREFOF~, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the
City Council of the City of Santa Ana does approve an appro-
priation adjustment in the annual budget of the City of Santa
Aha for the fiscal year 1973-74 by transfer of the amount of
$65,130 from Fund 11, Activity 000, Object 911 (City Council-
Contingency-Unapplied appropriations) to Fund 109 (City
Council-Cor~unity Redevelopment Agency), Activity 134 (City
Council/Redevelopment), for the following objects list¢~d

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council of the
City of Santa Ana hereby approves a budget appropriation
adjustment in the annual budget of the City of Santa An~ for
the fiscal year 1973-74 by authorizing the transfer of
$3,850.00 from Fund 109 (City Council-Community Redevelopment
Agency), Activity 134 (City Council/Redevelopment) Object 111
(Sa].aries and Wages) to Fund 109, Activit~ 134, Object 191
(Other personnel).
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the 4 day of
February , 1974.
