A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA COMMENDING WYN SARGENT
FOR HER OUTSTANDING HUMANITARIAN SERVICE
WHEREAS, Wyn Sargent, a fellow Orange Countian
well-known author, photographeg and world traveler,
being honored by the Kiwanis C~ub of Santa Ana for living
of herself in altruistic service to many people distant
parts of the world; and
WHEREAS, this dynamic and courageous woma , sometimes
controversially but always in the spirit of , has
