A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA UPHOLDING THE DECISION
OF THE ZONING ADMINISTRATOR TO DENY APPEAL
NO. 341 ON MINOR EXCEPTION 74-7 FILED BY
HAROLD B. AND MARY W. FORTUNE
BE IT RESOLVED: That, based upon the Findings of Fact
of the Zoning Administrator and testimony presented before
the City Council at its public hearing on May 20, 1974, the
City Council of the City of Santa Ana hereby denies Appeal
No. 341 appealing the Zoning Administrator's denial of Minor
Exception 74-7, to allow a cocktail lounge in an existing
building which is located within 300' of a residential
district.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the 3rd day of
June , 1974.
