CITY OF SANTA ANA TO PROVIDE ANNUAL REQUALI-
FICATION FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE ARTERIAL
HIGH-WAY FINANCING PROGRAM
WHEREAS, Articles 2 and 3 of Chapter 9, Division 2 of the
Streets and Highways Code of the State of California authorize a county to
expend funds apportioned to it out of the California Highway Users' Tax Fund
for the improvement, construction, or repair of streets within such city; and
WHEREAS, the procedure manual for the Arterial Highway Financing
Program requires annual requalification of participating cities in the program
by informing the Advisory Committee of any changes in its Arterial Highway Master
Plan;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Advisory Committee of
the Arterial Highway Financing Program be informed of the fact that there have
been changes made by the City of Santa Ana to the Arterial Highway Master Plan,
as follows:
REPLACEMENT:
Proposed Raitt Street between Sunflower and Segerstrom Avenues with a curvilinear
alignment has been replaced by two separate streets, both following a generally
north-south alignment.
