RESOLUTION 74-125
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING AN AGREEMENT
FOR A HOUSING ELEMENT ~TUDY WITH URBAN
FUTURES , INC.
WHEREAS, there is attached to this Resolution
a proposed agreement between the City of Santa Ana
and Urban Futures, Inc. which agreement is makked
Exhibit "I"; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Santa Ana
desires to retain the services of Urban Futures, Inc.
to prepare Housing Element studies for the purposes
specified in aforesaid agreement; and
WHEREAS, the City of Santa Ana has solicited and
received proposals to undertake Housing Element studies;
and
WHEREAS, Urban Futures, Inc., a California corporation,
represents that they are authorized and qualified to
provide such services for Housing Element studies;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City
Council of the City of Santa Ana hereby approves the
agreement for Housing Element studies with Urban Futures,
Inc., which agreement is attached hereto and referred to
as Exhibit "I", and authorizes the Mayor of the city to
execute said agreement on behalf of the city.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City
of Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the 5th day
of August 1974.
